This was possibly the worst experience in attempting to reclaim owed money. They fail to act if the debtor ignores their attempts to communicate. Even with complete details provided, they do nothing. Rarely do they send updates about their inaction before closing the case. Don't fall for the misconception that they will enforce a settlement. They add more stress than the debtor themselves. Extremely disappointing.
