Don't bother, don't waste your £90! The Sheriffs Office had my case for two years (I had a CCJ against a former tenant for unpaid rent) and they said the money was unrecoverable, they were utterly hopeless. I had to get all the information for them despite me pointing them in the right direction. After 2 years of doing absolutely nothing, I transferred the case to Direct Collection Bailiffs Limited (DCBL) and they recovered the debt in full within 3 weeks.Despite The Sheriffs Office doing nothing they still charged me £90. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE SHERIFFS OFFICE!
