I bought a treadmill from this platform, and it turned out to be defective. I reported the issue but received no response from the seller. Then, unexpectedly, I got a notification from a shipping company about a pickup – but I still haven't been informed whether I'll get a refund or a replacement, or if the pickup is even legitimate. The total lack of communication and clarity has been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform.
