Unfortunately we experienced a huge delay with the equipment arriving due to issues with DHL, the company did manage to arrange for us to go and collect it ourselves from the delivery depot the day before the event. This caused us a great amount of stress worrying that it was not going to be with us in time for our wedding reception entertainment. We also had booked and paid extra for ‘Groom and Groom’ branded headphones and they had given us ‘Bride and Groom’ headphones. We were also supposed to receive 100 glow sticks with our order which also was not included, which was also disappointing. With returning the equipment DHL should have picked up between 8-6 on the Monday but have since received a text to say they may not collect it until 10pm! We were pleased with how well the silent disco went and it was all easy to set up, just disappointed with the issues and missing items we encountered.
