I'm quite disappointed with both the creators and managers of Social Cat. As a business, I invested in your largest package and continued to pay, yet the service remains terrible. The Social Cat team offers little support when dealing with unreliable influencers, which, unfortunately, seems to be the majority. Despite paying £300 a month, the team shirks responsibility, stating they cannot ban these influencers or protect their clients. Many influencers are rude scammers who take the product and become hostile when reminded of the agreed content. After months of not collaborating with any influencers, I requested a refund, only to be met with the usual excuses and refusal. I certainly won't be recommending Social Cat to any of my business partners.
