Customer service is non existent takes hours to reply. I have a mobile proxy I bought from them, which was broken. It automatically rotates non stop even though I set it to manually rotate. Then customer support made it fixed (so IP does not rotate) but this stops me from manually roating it.Been waiting for customer support to fix this for 2 days. This product was advertised to allow both fixed IP/manual rotation or interval rotation. So far I'm not getting what I bought.
