This is my 3rd review and this time I'm going to provide in great detail why I think this is an A+ company.I have had a few paid for Tech Support subscriptions in the past. Usually, there was a much longer wait time to get a reply.Next, many times the technicians seemed to be outsourced to another country, so at times the language barrier created a few-normally minimal problems.However, from my experience, it took a long time for the technicians to explain and or solve the problems. This was done via remote controlled sessions. Sometimes, you would be escalated or transferred to another technician which would require additional time and added frustration to the customer.Software City not only responded back to me in less than 24 hours- including weekends, but they genuinely seemed to care about the customer.They provided accurate directions and instructions to solve the problem, and they also explained possibilities and past examples of customers with similar problems. They were extremely empathetic to the customer's feelings.Finally, they always emphasized two very important options. 1. They stressed that with ANY additional questions or problems, feel free to contact them at any time for further assistance. And 2. They always left the customer with the opportunity to schedule a remote session with them. I thought that I would have to do this on several occasions. Why? Because their instructions were flawless, but Microsoft altered the procedures on their side which was the only reason that additional tactics had to be implemented to circumvent, in my opinion Microsoft's "Sneaky Strategies to steer the product choices to their goals.I know that this review is "long winded", but my gratitude will not be forgotten. I spend so many hours and could never reach Microsoft Support by phone.When I finally got Microsoft chat, they could not resolve the problem and never got back to me upon their promised escalation. My files were locked out and I could not do any business or personal related work.Software City Literally saved my Sanity. Until interacting with them, I had an unworkable computer as it related to all my documents.This company in my opinion and experience(s) is by far the very best in all areas. I'm sure that when others learn about Software City, their HR applications will be overwhelming!
