Recently had an issue with a pair of shoes I had sent go missing from the parcel locker, Emily was quick to reply and very helpful in assisting me. With it being an abnormal case I was very unsure on how it would be solved but she definitely was there to fight my corner.I cannot fault the customer service at all and they were much more helpful than other marketplaces I have used in the past.Strongly recommend.
