I had an issue where a duplicate order got placed due to an error on the app, I’d emailed customer services & the most helpful lady - Caitlin, resolved my issue within a couple days. Just needed to send proof of order numbers/details of transactions and they cancelled one, the shoes I did order came practically the next day.
