Incredibly outstanding service. Highly recommend. I wrote a review about the very bad service I had received from Luminox on this website. Inadvertently it was posted as a negative against Trustpilot and shopworn. *that was not the case*. My comments were for Luminox only. Within literally a handful of hours I was receiving emails from their customer service very concerned and stating they would like to connect me to their CEO to clear everything up. They emailed four times before I was able to even call. When I did, they immediately had Larry the CEO and Natalia their customer service representative on the phone with me at the same time. I cleared up the confusion and apologized. Before I could fully explain Larry said he had already contacted Luminox HQs and was going to make this right. I explained that it had been my mistake and their company had done nothing wrong, but they were insistent to still make sure they could help me and my team. They went above and beyond where they did not have to due only to my mistake of posting a negative review of Luminox in the wrong place. Myself and my team deploy regularly. With the service we received from this company it will be what I recommend going forward. Incredibly kind and forward leaning. You can trust this company. I certainly do.
