**UPDATE**In fairness to the company they have rectified the issue with regards to refund. Though the website is still slightly misleading at checkout, when contacted the representative Jenny did reach out and did fix the issue. I wish Jenny and the team and Merry Christmas and thank you again for rectifying the situation under busy circumstances. Bought a t-shirt then just after you’ve paid they have a note saying essentially Free T-shirt click on the button and on the invoice says item shipping and free. It’s not free. They charge for the t-shirt and immediately charge your card without confirmation. Quite misleading to get you to inadvertently pay for something else. Have contacted twice and still no response. Have received both items but want to return the unwanted top and now they won’t respond. Will update if they actually get this fixed but bit of a challenging website.
