The staff are friendly and approachable. The Adelphi Westland 8yo I bought was absolutely lovely. I also subscribe to this company's Tasting subscription where I tried it first. The Spirit Embassy also sell individual drams if you want to try before you buy.I'd recommend this whisky as it's a smooth sherry monster. If there's some left in your glass after about 60 to 90 minutes you get Kalua coffee liqueur on the palate.I'd recommend staff for their expertise too.
