⭐ 1 Star – Extremely DisappointedI’m honestly shocked. My delivery photo just shows a doorstep — nothing to prove it was actually delivered to me — and I never received my order. I contacted The Sports Edit several times, but they refused to assist and have completely ignored my emails.I expected much better customer service from a retailer of this size. I’m now having to take this up with my bank because I’ve been left with no goods and no help.Really disappointed and would not recommend based on my experience.Update in reply - A photograph of a parcel left on a doorstep is not something I would class as a “secure delivery.” I am both shocked and disgusted that anyone would consider leaving £250 worth of goods unattended on a doorstep and classing this as “secure delivery” Furthermore whilst my 1st email was responded to by an extremely unhelpful agent, my further 3 emails sent since have all been ignored , which I can see on other reviews here seems is a recurring issue with the so called “customer service” at the sports edit! My bank are now pursuing a chargeback against this
