I won’t be using this site again due to a disappointing customer service experience.I purchased training shoes for gym and weights use and reasonably expected them to withstand a short 10–15 minute treadmill warm-up. I was surprised to be told this was not considered appropriate use, particularly given the price point of over £100.When I raised this query, I found the response I received to be dismissive rather than helpful. I had hoped for a more constructive and customer-focused approach to resolving the issue.As this appears to be the final point of contact, I won’t be taking the matter further and will instead choose to shop elsewhere in future.
