I haven’t ordered with sports edit before but they sell a lovely range of clothes.I bought some lounge wear for my holiday this weekend but Evri messed up with delivery and ignored my instructions, so I couldn’t find where they had delivered the package. Initially, customer service was very quick. I then asked for a help to locate the item (hoping for the parcel to be found or I could get a reshipment as it could still get to me in time), however, they then didn’t reply until three days later. They did eventually offer a full refund which was great if them, so I will order from them again in the further when there isn’t a time constraint.
