I’m an Irish customer and had a very disappointing returns experience with Sport Edits.I already paid £5 for shipping, which is fair. However, when the shoes arrived too small, I was told I had to organise and pay for the return myself because I’m based in Ireland. This cost me €20 to send the item back to the UK.What’s unacceptable is that even when I decided to return the item for a refund instead of an exchange, I still had to pay the €20 return cost. In total, trying to buy from Sport Edits cost me around £25 just in shipping and return fees.The product itself was good, but selling to Irish customers under these conditions makes returns and exchanges extremely discouraging. I won’t be shopping with them again.P.S To answer The Sport Edit: I printed the 10£ label on your website but when I call to support they told me that because I was in Ireland that wasn’t valid, that was only for UK Returns.
