Placed my order with the sports edit and requested delivery to a neighbour if I was not in. The parcels were left outside without permission and subsequently got lost /stolen. Evri have told me I need to talk to the retailer and the sports edit aren't responding at all to multiple emails. I'm currently out £150 with nothing to show for it and no response from TSE. Filing a claim with amex. Customer service 0/10 Edit - yes TSE did respond to me after three days when they state their response time is 24hrs. So I would question their interpretation of efficiently. They followed up with a load of questions that could have been answered if they'd actually read my initial email. They also tried to use the excuse of being a small business when they're owned by m&s??? Weird approach A rather frustrating experience - still avoid.
