Michael was my point of contact during my six-week stay in a serviced apartment in London arranged by my employer. He was very responsive, patient, and helpful throughout. He remained available and supportive even over the weekend when critical issues occured. The team quickly arranged a replacement TV when needed and later helped coordinate a move to another apartment when a noise issue appeared.
