I recently completed the Level 5 Crowd Management course and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The course was well structured, engaging, and full of practical, real-world knowledge that I know will be useful going forward.A big part of what made the course so valuable was the instructor, Wayne. He is an incredible teacher who explains things clearly, keeps the sessions engaging, and creates a supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions. His experience in the field really shows, and he used real examples that helped bring the content to life.Wayne was patient, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everyone understood the material rather than just rushing through it. He made complex topics easy to understand and kept the energy positive throughout the training.Overall, I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in crowd management. The quality of teaching, especially from Wayne, made the experience both enjoyable and highly informative.
Gary delivered this training session at the king power stadium. Not only did he make everyone in the room feel comfortable and engage with us all differently but his sense of humour made this course even better. He was very Informative and gave great advice on how to tackle different situations.
