DO NOT ORDER!! I tried to cancel the order as there was no notification for a month as to whether it had been shipped. Then I finally get a response to say that it’s too late as the order has been shipped to my local depot yet it took another two weeks to arrive. I found out I had been linked to a subscription which I tried to cancel. I created an account in order to cancel the subscription but it does not have the links that its states on the order info. I have emailed them six further times as I was then informed that another payment had been taken from my account. They keep acknowledging my request to cancel but state that they have chosen to let the order continue so I can try the supplement. No matter how many times I have requested a cancellation I have yet to receive a proper response and still trying to get the order cancelled that hasn’t even been shipped yet!! Appalling customer service and absolute joke of a company. They take your money Do not buy from them.
