I have two issue tickets open with no resolution AND still no stickers. The UX/UI on the website is a nightmare the navigate and the customer service rep Tara just straight lied about an email sent to me and cropped the supposed sent email to not even show who it was sent to conveniently. I've had better customer service experience from the local underfunded DMV.
Original report an issue email, "This is such a frustrating problem to have with yalls UX/UI. I placed an order last night, got a proof approval today. I go to click this approval button and all it does is take me to CREATE AN ACCOUNT PAGE. First I truly do not feel it should be required to make an account just to use your business but I digress. I click make an account through my google email. THE very email I have received all my confirmation order number, proof, etc to. But alas no proof in my account to approve. NO ORDER HISTORY. Absouletly nothing. SO NOW. I am in this endless loop of clicking your approve proof button in that email that send me to my account with NOTHING in it. This is beyond frustrating and I've never experienced just poor UX/UI when ordering stickers with other brands. I wanted to try yall out but this experience has been so frustrating and is requiring me to write out this email I almost am at my wits end and want to cancel. I was looking forward to these stickers and feel defeated and honestly helpless with this loop."
