They were extremely accommodating — Debbie, the manager, showed me a range of different unit sizes and options, and clearly explained the insurance requirements along with a promotional offer that added great value.Both Debbie and Donna were genuinely friendly, and Debbie’s passion for her job really shone through. Although I didn’t sign up there and then, there was absolutely no hard sell — they were completely respectful of the fact I was just obtaining a quote ahead of moving in 4 weeks.A really professional, helpful, and positive experience.
