I ordered an XL turtleneck, and it took nearly a month to arrive. When I opened the package, it was tiny and completely mismatched with the sizing stated on the website. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. You'd expect that spending $100 would guarantee the correct size. They just put an XL tag on it and that's all. I will never order from this service again and strongly advise against shopping here.
