I ordered an XL turtle neck, and it took nearly a month to arrive. Upon opening the package, I found it to be extremely small and completely different from what was advertised on the website. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and after spending $100, I expected at least the correct size. It seems they just attached an XL tag without checking. I will never order from this service again and cannot recommend this online store.
