If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a stress shotgun for my son's birthday, I received an email saying gun left in designated safe space at property ( I don't have a safe space nor have I ever had one) as I live in a terraced house. Needless to say I have not received my item. It's been nearly a month of backwards and forwards now and I just keep getting fobbed off by their diabolical customer service team. I would truly have second thoughts before ever ordering from this company. There is a reason they have a terrible trust pilot score. STAY AWAY ... UPDATE after being left a message on here replying to my review saying this would personally be resolved, I can confirm my emails are STILL being ignored and as of yet I have still not had this resolved. This company are nothing but scammers who drop ship items from abroad and can not resolve problems when they occur. I can not stress how useless their customer service is. £50 down the drain.
