Sent me strings mixed up the there packets. One snapped because I put it in the wrong position and over tightened it. When I contacted them about the issue, they told me I was to blame and I lied about the strings being in the wrong packets. Had to replace the £78 string myself. They made me feel like a complete and utter fool.
