I Have been trying to transfer to a new supplier since I moved into a flat that was with the student energy group. This was 2 months ago and they still have not removed the objections to allow me to switch even though I have repeatedly been in contact and told it would be done. Now I have to pay them for two months energy use I never wanted from them and they still have not confirmed the switch.
