Dan is a true gentleman, I have known him for years, always stayed true to his words even now he’s as big as he is! The reason he’s the only one left doing what he does is because he’s the best. The sub centre has clear guidelines that explain the process, be careful to read and to understand what your getting into with grading companies. The sub centre is transparent about all this but can lead to frustration if not read and understood. Grading takes a along time and sometimes if your grades are amazing you have uncharges because of the value of the cards, this is only down to the level you submitted your cards. The sub centre isn’t trying to get more money off you! The grading companies have brackets for values and the up charges cover them for this. To avoid these select the correct grading level! (Don’t submit a £1000 card on the lowest teir!)One thing I fell for in the beginning was turn around time! First thing to understand is it’s working days (no Saturday or Sunday) BUT only after it’s processed. The sub centre doesn’t grade your cards! So it’s only when the grading company gets your cards. Long story short be patient, it’s only an estimate not a guarantee, it will be done when it’s done use the turn around as guidelines only. Follow all that and you will have a 5 star experience! You
