Had a submission with them recently. The service itself is good and they handled my cards well. However it is unacceptably slow. I posted a review to Google about this and received an incredibly unprofessional reply. I sent cards and it took over three weeks for them to even send them to PSA after they arrived despite them hurrying people with deadlines. PSA took their usual timeframe and then once back with Sub Center it took more than another week before they sent them back out. Adding over a month to the process at more cost than going direct to PSA is unacceptable. Their reply was incredibly defensive and looking at other online posts, it's their normal behaviour. Their excuse is the volume but that's irrelevant. If you are getting high volume then you can afford to hire staff to process those orders. It's treating customers as numbers and there are plenty of other grading services out there that have a much more personal touch and will do the same job, only much quicker. As I said, the service itself is good and I was pleased with my grades but it's ridiculously slow and the response was unprofessional. Use someone more personable so you're not just treated like a number.
