I recently sent in an order to the Sub Center, which was marked as delivered on the Royal Mail website but with some exceptionally dodgy Proof of Delivery (through no fault at all of the Sub Center!)I reached out to the Sub Center to determine whether the parcel had arrived, and when it was clear that it hadn't, Sophie and Dan went above and beyond to quickly resolve this issue. They were calm, kind and most importantly very quick to provide updates. The parcel was found within less than 24 hours and I was kept updated all throughout this process.Despite it being too early to have received my submission back from PSA, I can already confidently say that I will be using The Sub Center again in the future, with confidence that any concerns or queries will be professionally dealt with.
