Customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. I reached out via email and socials multiple times as my order status showed as delivered when it hadn't been. No response whatsoever however my comments on their social media posts were deleted, so were clearly seen. Also I didn't receive all items but not sure how to resolve this as the company doesn't care about service once the payment is received.
