Order no. 896668I got a combo products for my hair loss. It took a while but as I reside in the UK and the business in the US, which makes sense. When I used the product for a month, I've noticed more hair fall out so I stopped using it. Over time less hair fell out. I asked for refund. They told me store credit or exchange for any opened products and refund for any unopened products but they won't cover shipping costs. I wouldn't like anything else from their store as it may be harmful to my scalp and when I try to return the unopened package, it costs £24 standard delivery making the return redundant.In a sense, none of the products are refundable or worthwhile unless you're from the US.
