The company sent the wrong products to me and admitted their mistake. They sent a corrective package but extra import taxes and duties were due, the cost of which exceeded the value of the product by a factor of three. I asked to Mane to pay the import duties, as I had already paid them once. They refused. So I had to pay an extra 40 USD for their mistake. I suggested them sending me additional products to cancel out the extra cost. They refused. Mane needs returning customers, but they wont get any at all if their customer service simply refuses to compensate for their mistakes.
