Jan 2nd UPDATE: I was emailed by a representative, and she stated that my missing item will be shipped soon. hmm, the shipping label notification doesnt assure me that this will still ship. She didn't refund my order as requested. I will call and ask again for a refund. BEWARE. My 2nd attempt... 1st attempt was 12/30 to reach someone. Ive been trying to reach someone at this company and no one is responding back. I tried calling the number within SHOPIFY and its wrong or disconnected. I also called the (844) 707-9823 from the website. No one answers the phone. Im just trying to get a refund for an item that didn't ship. They have a great marketing plan and flooded social media but their is little to no customer service. I will keep trying to reach them. Mind you, I ordered this product December 3rd.
