I have had the worst experience with customer service. Ordered 1 product from Nov 10 and the product still has not arrived and it is Dec 16. Took them over a week to get it ready for shipping which then hit the Canada Post strike. Been going back and forth with customer service and they won't cancel the order or reship it using another courier when the product even went on 75% sale!! How cheap is this company.Processed my payment Nov 10 and keeping my money until I return the product to them.... who knows how long that will take maybe 3 months for me to receive? Horrible service.I ordered another product from the states in California and it got to me within 5 business days no issues. Don't know why Superior Mane is holding onto my money and won't do anything to actually fix this but will email saying they will do everything they can to resolve my issue.... besides refunding me
