Absolute trash customer service. Was supposed to get the product for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. After 2 weeks of nothing I tried contacting via email, website form, and calling 3 different numbers all which were disconnected.I finally opened a dispute with AMEX bc I no longer wanted the product and just wanted a credit and BOOM they magically shipped it.I have no idea if the product is good, it might very well be. But the lack of customer support will make me never shop or spend money with them again.
