Been using the shampoo and conditioner for a while but just tried the root activator and love it. On my last shipment one of the bottles got damaged and leaked all of the activator out. I sent an email with pictures explaining the situation and Amanda responded first thing on Monday by letting me know she was sending a replacement bottle. Thanks!
