NOTE: This review is specifically about customer service and not the product itself. I came home excited to try out the product but was dismayed to find an empty package in my mailbox. The USPS, the entity responsible for delivery to my home, had placed a couple of labels on the package saying “received empty” and “received without contents”. I took a picture of this and also noticed that the plastic shipping envelope appeared to have a defective seal on one side and did not seem like it had been cut open. I found the link to support in my order confirmation email and sent them a message, including the photo of the label. I received an email from Amanda in support, apologizing for the mishap. She also said a replacement order had been placed and to watch for the confirmation email. Great job by Amanda and the customer service team!
