First, I received a letter from the customs department. Went to the Post Office for the letter. It was a message notifying me that I just had 5 days to submit some signed documents online or else I'd lose the product. I did as they mentioned. After several days, the post-office Correos replied and I am now awaiting an update. It would be nice if you could notify this to international shoppers, if not, the experience delivered risks of not being optimal. I would be ready to help if you need help finding a local partner or improving the delivery service, but so far I wish I had known upon purchase that receiving the product was so complicated.
