I find it unacceptable not to have this information before paying my bill of 37.90€. you'll argue that it's indicated in the link at the very bottom about the shipping policy, you're right, but it's not visible at all when you first buy the product from a country outside of USA. Of course, you are not responsible and you are covered, as you write it in your shipment policy, in the very bottom of the screen. it's anti-commercial. So I had to pay a 12€ fee, which makes a 49.90€ purchase. this represents 1/3 of the total amount.You are 50% more expensive than Asian sites that sell the same product, which I’ve already bought twice, and guess what? with no customs fees. I’m extremely disappointed, and I can tell you that I’ll never recommend Mane's american site again. I won't be advertising your site, which doesn't live up to the expectations of a european country.
