I won't be using this company again. I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt as checked reviews before hand. I placed an order on the 28th September. Given it was after midday I new that it would not be delievered by the 29th but I paid for parcelforce next day delievery 5.99£ which meant it should have been sent off on the 29th September meaning I'd recieve it on the 30th. As I wasn't given any tracking details I emailed to ask if my parcel was being delievered as it should be as I paid for next day delievery. They informed me that parcelforce was on strike so all orders would be delievered Monday 3rd Oct. I emailed back asking for a tracking code as even with parcelforce on strike on the Friday it should of still been in the system as it should of been sent on the Thursday. I got ignored anyways so this morning 3rd October I yet again asked for tracking as I purposely paid for next day delivery for 5.99 as that's what I wanted where I could have had it sent for free. Well anyways I recieve a email back stating it hasn't been sent by parcelforce but royalmail... I mean if you can't read a simple order then what is going on. So God knows if I will even recieve my item. And still I've been ignored when asking for a tracking number not once have they gave me a tracking number. I would avoid at all costs. If I do not get my delievery by the 6th I will be ringing my bank for fraud as I have the emails of when they ignored me and of the item itself. They've said they will refund me 5.99 for the parcel force but I doubt this will actually happen. I will wait to see if this is also reimbursed. But I will not be ordering ever again from this company.
