I placed an order in January for some tuna gear to get ready for the season. Unfortunately USPS lost my order. I contacted the Tackle Room explained I wanted the gear ASAP because I was making up some daisy chains. The gentlemen I spoke with said he could either refund or resend my order. I said resend my order. I received my order a couple of days later and couldn't be happier. Great company and I won't hesitate to order from them again.
