I received the rod pod with important parts missing (Trident and rod holders), which makes the item completely unusable. I contacted the company and asked them either to send the missing parts or arrange a return and refund.Nick replied asking if I had checked everything properly, and after I confirmed that the parts were definitely missing, they stopped responding completely. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service.I have proof of the order, photos of what I received, and the original listing showing the missing parts. It’s a shame to be treated this way as a customer. I will be reporting this issue and opening a dispute. I would advise others to be careful when ordering from this seller.
