Been a loyal customer for over three years. Had some material issues with the Nash Titan Pro bivy which had just come out of warranty. Passed around in circles by Nash & the store. After sending a detailed report, photos, and the bivy installed correctly I still can't get any clarity. Lost confidence in buying expensive equipment from the store and Nash equipment.
