Ordered a prologue avenger ss medium cradle paid for next day delivery and sure enough was delivered on time. However there was a defect in the manufacture which I reported to tackle tavern support line with photos (was after 5pm so shut) but by 9am the next morning they had not only responded but initiated a courier to deliver a replacement which got to me within 24 hours - very impressed. Cannot fault their after sales customer service!
