Initially, the support team was responsive and helpful, but everything changed once I went live. First, I tried to reach out to support, but they rarely answered. When they did, it took a long time. I attempted to communicate on their platform, but any public messages were deleted, and I was blocked from posting. I spent 8 weeks trying to secure my payout, only to be told that I didn't qualify for it, without any explanation. All that effort for nothing. Shortly after, my account disappeared, along with the 37k I had earned. Absolutely outrageous scammers.
