In the online training platform, the strengths have been: 1. the community - individuals with a positive, professional, and helpful attitude, 2. the training video content - clear, concise, with examples and downloadable resources, 3. the coaches - even though I'm not part of the specific program, coaches reached out to me. I especially want to thank a coach who has been supportive, patient, and honest. 4. the founder is very professional, a great communicator, and truly inspirational. The only minor drawback was the initial slow response from the admin team, but once my issue was addressed, it was resolved professionally.
