I cannot recommend Andy and The Telephone Guestbook enough, he was an absolute lifesaver for my recent customer conference. We had a last minute ask that we didn’t know if it could be accommodated, but Andy was there to deliver in our incredibly tight 24 hour turnaround.Then, when UPS had an unexpected delivery issue with our phone, Andy was incredibly accommodating, communicative, and more than willing to be flexible. He had a backup on the way within 20 minutes, and it was delivered cross country in time for our event. He went above and beyond to help with the setup and backing up of the audio files.The entire experience was seamless, despite issues that were outside of his control.
