Second year of having my car MOT’d at The Test Centre, Rochester. Easy to book with lots of available time slots & dates so made it convenient. Best thing is you don’t pay unless the car passes.Receptionist didn’t tell me to put the yellow number block, that she gave me, on my car so sat there with it (I wasn’t the only one in the waiting area still holding it) only to be told by a customer that came in after that it’s supposed to go on your car! I didn’t make the connection as they knew what cars were checked in for MOT right?! So that was a bit annoying. Receptionist probably forgot to tell me because she was gabbing too much.Anyway, the car got MOT’d, it passed, they ran on time, they were polite and I left happy. Will be taking the car back next year. Would definitely recommend.
