Very annoying. I bought a birthstone necklace for my daughter born in July - Tiffany had advertised this jewellery as being waterproof and tarnish proof. All the socials and her website said this! (I note that this has now all been taken down which is very suspicious considering all the bad reviews on this website!!!!)When I put the birthstone necklace on at the beach, the plating had tarnished and quite literally, dissolved in patches off the chain. I emailed and waited days for a response. Tiffany's customer service is very patronising and she insinuated I did something wrong with the jewellery instead of owning up to the poor quality jewellery. To make matters worse, the almost $200 necklace I spent my hard earned money on, I found on alibaba for a mere dollar. Not happy.
